Greg Schramek

Greg Schramek is a wood turning artist living in Weaverville, NC. In addition to bowls, vases and platters, his preference lies in artistic pieces. In addition to forms possibly first introduced by the Greeks, his art reflects natural form reflective of the sea as well as natural forms found on land. He has also been commissioned to do furniture pieces for Ethan Allen, and many restored homes in North Carolina display his skills.
His favorite activity might be teaching. He has taught professionals and hobbyists passing his skills to others.
Greg is currently serving a second term as President of the American Association of Woodturners.
